What’s even awesome is that it’s a NO-bake recipe, filled with lots of healthy ingredients and it tastes amazing. It’s the perfect satisfying treat when you need a sweet fix and you will even feel good “snacking” on it.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
- ⅓ cup raisins or dried cranberries
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ⅓ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or in a blender until it’s well combined.
- Form dough into balls using your hands and place on a cookie sheet or a small pan.
- Chill in your freezer for about 2 hours until firm.
