Group classes

At Focus Pilates we offer a range of group classes so that you can experience a variety of different movements

Pilates classes are a great way to improve your strength, flexibility and posture. In a group environment Instructors will take you through a series of exercises to work different muscle groups. The classes are usually quite small ranging from 6 – 13 participants.

Kick-Start Package

This package is designed for those who are new to Reformer Pilates, giving you the knowledge and technique to get you started with group classes.

1 x 45min Trial Class

3 x 60min Fundamental Class

1 x 60min Group Class

Reformer/Equipment Package

This package includes group classes on a Pilates reformer which uses a system of pulleys and springs to help you improve your strength, body alignment, flexibility and posture. Classes are taught in groups of 6-13 and range from beginner to intermediate level.

5 x 60min Reformer/Equipment Group Class

Mat & Movement Package

This following package is ideal for those who are looking to attend only mat and movement based classes such as our Pilates Matwork, Backcare Matwork, Oov, Myofascial, Yoga and Running Conditioning.

Private sessions

Backcare classes are designed specifically for people with back and neck pain in mind. A strong focus will be on helping you to establish your limits of movement so you can exercise in a safe and effective way.

Prenatal Package

Pilates is considered to be one of the best forms of exercise for pregnant women and new mums, to prepare the body for birth, support it while pregnant and help with recovery after giving birth.
