Postnatal Program

Our Postnatal Pilates Recovery Program is an online program that goes for 5 weeks and covers what new mums will experience after childbirth, highlighting some of the common concerns such as Stress Incontinence, Diastasis Recti, Postures and Constipation.

The program will gradually progress in intensity over the 5 weeks, focusing on restrengthening your body and slowly getting you back to exercising.

What the Postnatal Recovery Program covers:

Week 1 – Breathing Exercises
Week 2 – Stress Incontinence and Pelvic Floor Retraining
Week 3 – Diastasis Recti and finding the Core Connection
Week 4 – Posture and Positions
Week 5 – Creating Healthy (Poop) Habits

Each week, you will receive an email that contains information/tips and a video link to the exercises. The exercise videos are about 20-30mins.

You can start the postpartum journey with us (with your gynae’s approval) after 1 week post-delivery for natural delivery and 3 weeks post-delivery for cesarean birth.

Note: If you feel any discomfort at any point of the exercises, please stop immediately.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • The program is valid for 4 months from the date you signed up/purchased. No extension is allowed.
  • The program videos are listed in our Video on Demand platform in Mindbody, you will need to have a Mindbody account to access the videos.
