Running Assessment

Running is one of the most practiced sports in Singapore, however, research shows that it also has a high injury rate reported at between 20-80% each year.

Whether you are a recreational runner or an existing runner, this assessment is designed and tailored to enhance your running performance.

Our running assessment package consists of 3 x 60min 1on1 private sessions.

Initial Session:

  • Movement screening and video analysis
  • Corrective conditioning exercises and cadence drills

Follow-up Session:

  • Review running assessment report
  • Corrective conditioning exercises and cadence drills
  • Review customised conditioning programme

Review Session:

  • Review and update exercises
  • Re-assessment and follow-up video analysis
