Strength & Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning classes are unique sessions that  incorporates Pilates exercises, challenging suspension training (TRX) and free weights; conducted with the same intense focus on technique and alignment as a regular Pilates class. 

This class is not recommended for people with sensitive injuries.

If you’re new to Pilates reformer why not try
our 45min trial class which gives you opportunity
to see if you like it before committing to a package.
If you already have Pilates experience and you want
to try out Focus you can join one of our existing
classes on our schedule and use this as your trial.

Classes are $25 per person.
