In this 30min session, you will learn to:
Determine the 6 elements of your life that is important to you
Rate your happiness/satisfaction in each section on the Focus Wellness Wheel
Set 4 x weekly goals in each section
Track your own progress and share your improvements / achievements with your family, friends and us!
