Hatha Yoga: A slower-paced, but more deliberate practice, Hatha allows you the space and time to work through foundational Yoga poses from the ground up. By establishing a stable base in our practice, we are then able to explore more challenging asanas in a safe and effective way.
Yoga Flow: This class is suitable for participants who have had regular yoga practice in the last six months and above. Focusing on fluidity in motion, movements will be synced with breath. Stability before flexibility, the instructor will incorporate some Pilates principles to strengthen, align and lengthen. Simple breath work will also be introduced.
