Prenatal group classes help you to develop muscle tone, body and alignment and flexibility in your body while you are pregnant. Group prenatal classes are conducted mainly on the reformer, which allows you to exercise more comfortably. They also include some mat work exercises so you can continue your exercises at home.
If you have never done Pilates on a reformer before then you need to complete two private one-on-one sessions first. This is so you can become familiar with the exercises and so the instructor can assess you on a one-to-one basis.
