Prenatal Pilates is a safe and gentle exercise, suitable for the changing bodies of expectant mothers. The workout will be conducted on the reformer machine, which will strengthen your core and pelvic muscles while keeping your body comfortably supported. The class will also include mat work routines, which you can continue at home to maintain fitness and reduce aches.
If you are new to Reformer Pilates, you will need to complete two private sessions first. You will be able to familiarize yourself with the exercises with the guidance of an instructor, who will assess you on a one-to-one basis.
