• SAFE CHECK IN Please check in at reception when entering and check out when leaving (checking out later can make contact tracing difficult and affect others)
• TEMPERATURE SCREENING is mandatory at reception before entering the studio.
• HAND SANITISATION – hand sanitiser is available at the temperature e-screening machine, everyone entering the studio must use this. Other hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the studio.
• MASKS – masks must be worn at all times unless doing exercise, this includes reception area, change rooms and getting water from the drink fountain. If you leave your equipment exercise station, you must wear a mask.
• DISINFECTION – All equipment used will be sprayed and wiped down after use, disinfectant spray is widely available throughout the studio.
• FLU SYMPTOMS – anyone with flu like symptoms should not come to the studio, Focus Movement reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone with symptoms.

Group and Private Pilates

• All sessions will be automatically cancelled from 8 May – 30 May 2021.
• All active packages will be extended by 1 month. Please allow a few days for us to process and for it to reflect in your account.
  

Physiotherapy

• All confirmed Physiotherapy appointments will retain. If you prefer to cancel your session, please email us / WA us at 9850 9156. Any open spots will be given to other clients on the waitlist.

How to qualify?
Member (Green Level)

• Attend an onsite/virtual session

Regular Member (Silver Level)

• 25 or more onsite (or equivalent) sessions within 1 year or
• Spent > $3000 within a year

Top Member (Gold Level)

• 50 or more onsite (or equivalent) sessions within 1 year or
• 120 or more onsite (or equivalent) sessions within 3 years or
• Spent > $6000 within a year
