Having led an active lifestyle from a young age, MJ’s love for movement extends to Pilates, where she has witnessed its transformative rehabilitative benefits. She is passionate about using Pilates-based exercises to restore strength, improve mobility, and promote efficient movement patterns for her clients.

Having experienced the transformative effects of physiotherapy and Pilates in her own active pursuits, MJ is committed to guiding others on their journey to recovery. Whether it’s overcoming an injury or enhancing movement quality, she empowers her clients to take charge of their health and move better every day.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll probably find MJ scaling climbing walls (three times a week, no less!) or catching waves as she learns to surf in Bali.
