Anita’s experience in physiotherapy spans across musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary settings. Her journey includes working alongside the medical surgical team in hospital care as well as in private pain management clinics. She is also trained in sports taping and Pilates, supplementing her skillset to better support her clients return to function.

Her interest in movement, mind-body integration and pain science stems not only from her professional background but also from years of competitive sports. Having personally experienced the highs and lows of injury and rehabilitation, Anita approaches each session with empathy and a client-centred perspective. She believes in the transformative power of Pilates and tailors her approach to suit each individual’s functional needs, helping clients move smarter and feel better.

Outside of her clinical practice, you’ll find Anita staying active through Pilates, Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu, incorporating her knowledge towards her commitment to moving intelligently. Anita’s personal experiences are what sparked her professional journey and continue to shape the way she works with clients today.

“I came to see Anita with a shoulder injury from the gym and plantar fasciitis that had been bothering me for a while. From the first session, she was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to explain what was happening with my body in a way that was easy to understand.”
