Winnie Tay

Instructor

Winnie has always been drawn to movement. From table tennis and shot put to founding her Junior College’s archery club, she has explored a wide range of disciplines. For years, she trained in Capoeira, HIIT and yoga, constantly pushing her body to new limits – until injuries, including hairline fractures, forced her to rethink her approach to fitness. That’s when she discovered Pilates, and she never looked back!

Before becoming a Pilates Instructor, Winnie spent long hours at a desk job, experiencing firsthand the toll of prolonged sitting, stiffness, and back pain. But through her consistent practice, she found that Pilates not only kept her pain-free and strong but also helped maintain her flexibility and muscle mass despite her sedentary work life.

Now, Winnie is passionate about helping others move better, feel better, and live better. Whether you want to reduce chronic pain, enhance mobility, build strength, or boost endurance for the activities you love, she’s here to guide you. Her mission? To make the studio your happy place, just like it is for her!

“I began with one on one sessions with Winnie, and she has helped me greatly in improving flexibility, stability, and posture. She catered to my level and was quick to correct in detail any inaccuracies in my movement. Sessions with her are very effective, and helped me in all aspects of life, from the gym, to changing posture from my sedentary lifestyle.”
